Shower tray was unacceptably flexible, like a trampoline Room cleaning staff appeared to be hassling me to check out around 9am even though official check out time was up to 11am

The location and view were good. Staff member, Sasha was very nice and friendly.

We were on 3rd floor with no elevator to carry heavy luggage. We tried to find staff at reception to help us with that but no one was at the front desk for a long time. We called their “emergency number”, but no one answered. We carried our suitcases downstairs by stairway and hurt our backs. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Soap bars were extremely tiny and thin. They broke and crashed at first use. Beds were not comfy and we had to rotate the mattress every night. This hotel was not worth our money at all and we won’t recommend it.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. We are at the restaurant on site multiple times and the food and drinks were incredible! It was just across the road from the bus stop so very well located! Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back 😊

La comodidad de la habitación. La ubicación cerca de todos los pueblitos. El supermercado en frente literalmente y la limpieza del lugar. El bar estaba muy bien puesto con precios acordes y bien ambientado. La vista desde la habitación era de lujo. Derecho a los alpes. El trato del personal fue excelente y la birra que vendian estaba helada!

Quizas la ducha podrian ajustar un poco. Se movia bastante y costaba ubicarla en una posición comoda. Pero nada. Detalle mínimo

This property is close to bus stops into Interlocken Ost, which made it very convenient going back and forth. There is a mini mart across the street to purchase snacks, drinks and necessities. The owners of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good with many options. My room had a large deck with a table and chairs. It was nice to go outside, relax and enjoy the views.
