Newly constructed so rooms were okay but can clearly see lack of maintenance and within a year the furnitures bathrooms etc will be in poor shape. No trained staff to do cleaning.

During peak season they have no food available and keep adding water to the food to increase the quantity and ration the food. They can simply charge and provide decent food and inform guests that breakfast is not complimentary. Repeated reminders to clean the rooms, unavailability of clean towels and no tea coffee snacks available in the so called restaurant

Dinner options could have been better, the room service menu and the dinner menu were no where close Staff kept asking for tips without doing any work
