The staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Mariah at the reception. She helped a lot at personal level, in resolving some issue with local bike rental shop. Thanks Mariah for that 😊 I would decommend this hotel to couples, family memebers for good and safe stay at Rameshwaram.

Room was the only thing i like, seems its a new property so room interiors and space was alright.

Everything apart from room. 1) Restaurant OR i would rather call it Kitchen as its for name sake. Fixed menu, you have to live with it. 2) Basement parking was used for cooking 3) Toiletries missing from one room (that too Premium one). 4) Coffee/Tea Kit missing from all rooms. 5) No amenities for adults/kids (this was known to me at the time of booking) 6) For above reasons, pricing was pretty high.
