Staff were all very welcoming. Clean bathroom and bedding. Food was exceptional.

Stains on the bedroom carpet. Missing nuts and bolts on the sun loungers. Umbrellas dirty and torn. Pool not cleaned sufficiently.

Light bright and airy, excellent staff, food, accommodations 10/10

Only minor thing was our room overlooked an outside dining area and suffered from occasional noise with staff setting up breakfast early. Location means you have to drive everywhere

Lack of fresh milk in fridge in room.

Staff were so good ...really helpful and pleasant. Having access to the hotel bus service was an excellent and much appreciated bonus.

The staff are amazing. Friendly, obliging and thoughtful. The hotel is great. We loved the location. And getting to and from is so easy. Providing the courtesy shuttle was a big bonus.

No air conditioning and it really is needed. The rooms get very hot though the fan is helpful. Thanks

This hotel was clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. The room had everything you needed even an iron and ironing board, if needed. The food was delicious and breakfast offered a large range of options. We would definitely recommend staying here.

My only gripe was the pillows on the bed they were flat and not very comfortable.
