La posizione e lo stile dell'ambientazione con molto legno.

Tanti piccoli dettagli che potrebbero migliorare. Dalla chiarezza sugli "extra" cose non incluse e alcune cadute di stile come il tovagliolino di carta per tagliare il pane al self service, mettilo di stoffa, già sui tavoli lo avevamo di stoffa

Lovely hotel, the views are amazing and the outdoor pool with that view is to die for! Breakfast and snacks were all very good quality and delicious products. The staff was ver lovely and helpful and the fact that you have driver to take you to the slopes and back I think it's a fantastic idea that made everything so much easier. Location was perfect with the town being only about 10-15 min walk and the 3 zinnen couple of minutes by car, you have everything you need around. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing that we can say we didn't like but if there was something that they could improve I would say for breakfast the eggs(omelette, scrambled etc), waffles and pancakes were in a separate menu that you had to order with the waiter and the only thing is they would come quiet late to take the order and would end up eating everything else from the buffet and still waiting for the eggs, but maybe we come from a very fast paced city(London) and are used to everything being quick quick. Another thing that I say could be improved is for the outdoor pool, although the pool is heated, outside being -10 degrees it was still cold to sit in it for longer than 10 minutes (personal preference) and the indoor pool was cold. Overall none of these things would make us not to choose the hotel again, but if the hotel is looking to improve anything I would say are those 2 things for us.

Esperienza fantastica, locale accogliente, personale eccezionale e calorosissimo. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per qualsiasi iniziativa. Ristorante sublime e abbondante. L'area benessere è la ciligina sulla torta.
