The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and not expensive. The location right on the beach is perfect. Very safe and secure.

The TV channels weren't working. The wifi connection is very slow.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The kitchen staff were very accomodating as we are vegetarian so that was appreciated as I was travelling with my small child. I liked it was on the beachfront, but the beach isn/t really that nice anyway. I liked that they provided beach towels, because we used them on our day trips to other beaches. The lady staff who clean the rooms and work in the kitchen are very sweet, kind and lovely women. The manager/owner is friendly.

The room they gave us was too big and had bunk beds we didn't even need so obviously was charged a very high rate for a room with 2 extra beds I didn't even need. The room had a fridge which I was glad about until I stored food in it and drinks, later to find out that our food was frozen rock hard and we had to throw it out. Our drinks turned into ice as well. The fridge was disgusting, dirty, rusted and didn't even work properly. To be honest the fridge needs to be thrown out and replaced with new fridges. It was quite shocking that the owner consciously choses to over charges for the rooms and has disgusting fridges in the rooms. Our first night after a swim in the beach outside the hotel, i left mine and my son's swimmers suits on the chairs outside our room to air dry over night. The next day we had to leave early for a day trip and everything was gone. Our room was outside the kitchen, i saw staff there so i asked and the overnight man who did night shift and he was very rude and just ignored me. I later found out he removed our belongings and placed them in the hotel laundry room without my permission. That really pissed me off, especially his attitude. Apparently the hotel has a lame rule that you cant hang out swim wear or towels on the chairs outside your room but theres no where to hang stuff in the room, Breakfast is really poor. No variety and the ingredients taste and looks very cheap and poor quality which is disappointing bc they charge so much per night. The location is horrible. There's nothing close by not even one store to but anything - its completely isolated from everything and the hotel is quite run down and outdated. It needs a complete face lift and new fridges and better food for breakfast.
