The hotel itself is pleasant, with nice design, good cleaning, and welcoming staff who tried to help with requests. For example, our fridge was broken and they brought a replacement almost immediately after we reported it. There were some small issues: in the gym there was no clear way to turn on air conditioning, so it was not comfortable to exercise there. In the sauna I did not see an emergency/alert button, so I felt unsafe using it alone.

The main problem was the “breakfast + dinner” package. In our case, the price difference versus breakfast only was around EUR 460 for 4 nights, so we expected a much better dinner experience. The dinner quality was disappointing: undercooked meat, no question from staff about how we wanted it cooked, weak desserts, dry potatoes, only the main course included, and drinks charged separately. After the first dinner, we asked to cancel the remaining 3 dinners. We were ready to pay for the first night, but the hotel only agreed to refund EUR 150 for the remaining 3 nights, which is more than 2 times less than the original package price difference. The hotel was not willing to negotiate further, even when Booking.com contacted them. Overall, the hotel could have been a nice stay, but this package issue and the management’s unwillingness to understand the situation ruined the experience for us. Future guests should check the real value of the dinner package very carefully before paying extra for it.

Sensação de refúgio, estar na piscina privativa e só ouvir os passarinhos, quarto e cama muito confortáveis, receção no quarto com espumante, sumo e alguns docinhos de cortesia, pequeno-almoço super completo e com produtos de qualidade, simpatia dos funcionários, disponibilidade de posto de carregamento para carro elétrico de forma gratuita.

Não posso dizer que não gostei porque estava bom, mas esperava um pouco mais dos pratos do restaurante ao jantar.
