"Leider die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt"

Ein freundlicherer Empfang hätte viel bewirkt, so wurde ich zwischen Essensbestellungen und Tischanweisungen freundlich, jedoch doch nur abgefertigt. Das Beste war noch die Lage, 2 Minuten zur Bahn.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat Luft nach oben.

Alles super, viele PP ABER in Sommer extrem heisse Zimmer, eine Klimaanlage hätte geholfen für einen 10 !

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage in Zimmer , sonst alles ok
