Staff were very polite and accommodating

A welcoming and helpful staff on arrival and during our stay

They was nothing we did not like

The breakfast was great but a bit inconsistent, toast with full English one day but not the next morning.

There were small holes in our duvet cover and a small hand towel. Also furious the fire alarm went off at 5.46am and then went off again. I assume it was to raise the folk on tour buses. Not impressed.

A little tired but does what it needs to do!

Our room was in the basement and the kitchen over the top which was very noisy in the morning. Breakfast was mediocre.

Everything was fine.

The only issue I had was when we were in the middle of our breakfast, another couple were asked to sit next to us who we didn't know and myself and my wife couldn't have a private conversation even though there were plenty of available tables that the other couple could have been seated at. I'm sure the other couple felt they were put in the same situation.

It was clean, comfortable and good value. Staff were courteous and obliging too. The entertainment was very good whilst we were there. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food.

Fire alarms going off early morning.

Room was large and with table and chairs compared to other hotels. Price was good, we paid thru booking.com.

The serial foods could be better improved with a change or additional fresh fruit in the bowl. The yogurt although very enjoyable could also be improved with additional flavours. Main breakfast choices were excellent. Thanks
