Reggelit nem vettünk igénybe. Tetszett a szoba és a fürdő kialakítása.

A személyzet vendéghez hozzáállása nem tetszett. Az első pillanattól kezdve úgy tűnt, mintha zavartuk őket. Nem voltak segítőkészek. Az ételek megrendelésekor sem segítettek, az étlap csak román nyelvű volt. A fizetéskor vitánk bontakozott ki a fizetés módjában.
