We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with lovely grounds. The bedroom was spacious and clean with lovely linen and towels.

I’m sure there must have been a way of turning off the motion sensor light in the bathroom, but that was a pain! The drinks were expensive, but I guess that’s the “norm” now. However, £12.75 for a glass of Cremant seemed excessive.

"Booked a room, upgraded to a lodge."

Upgraded to a lodge for an extra £80 per night. Great evening meal. Good breakfast choices. They catered for my wife's gluten and dairy free needs.

The stone tiles made some of the furniture a little wobbly. We mentioned this to the manager and suggested a few felt pads would help.

Staff where amazing, really made our anniversary memorable. The bed was an absolute dream so comfy, room was lovely and spacious. Was a bit concerned on arrival with ear buds being provided but the Room was very quiet at night no need to use them Breakfast was amazing staff very lovely and went above and beyond what we expected.

Duvet was a little bit to warm for my liking
