ZAA Deeply Disappointing Experience at Coral Divers From the moment we arrived, the experience at Coral Divers was shockingly bad. The bedding and towels were filthy, like they had never been cleaned. The room had a constant smell of mold that genuinely concerned me for our health. I truly believe that if someone were to open up the walls or wood, they’d find dangerous levels of mold—it feels toxic. Despite complaining every single day, nothing was done. In fact, things only got worse. When I finally made a public statement about the state of the accommodation, management turned the blame on me—claiming I hadn’t communicated with the “right people.” After days of repeated complaints, shouldn’t their own staff have escalated the issue? The lack of leadership and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. What pushed me over the edge was when a male manager aggressively inserted himself into a calm conversation between women and raised his voice at a female guest—me. That behavior is not just disrespectful, it’s sexist and inappropriate. The experience was so upsetting that we decided to leave three days early. We were not offered any refund or compensation, despite everything we went through. Instead, we were treated as if we were the problem. That kind of response is both unexpected and unacceptable. This accommodation would definitely not pass a safety check with the amount of mold present—it’s a serious health hazard. We will never stay there again!!!!!! Or recommend anyone to . I will inform as many ppl i can .

ZAZAWe liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. And the cleaning ladies were a bonus, because the room got very dirty after the rain.
A kettle and cups would have been nice for that early first cup of coffee in the morning. And also a small table and chairs on the stoep.
