"Our legs hurt so much we couldnโ€™t sleep."

The porch was lovely for breakfast. Our bags were brought up to our room and taken down for us at checkout. Emma was wonderful.

We are in our late 60โ€™s and the steps were painful. We had to walk up and down the 36 steps six times a day. Breakfast was chintzy. No frig in the room. Parking was horrible, once again we had to walk 2-3 long blocks after dinner to get to the B&B. More hangers in the cupboard. The manager had a dismissive attitude to our concerns.

This bed and breakfast is so clean and home-y. Staff is so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is quiet and serene. Will be back!

Location was great Porch was ample for lots of people Room had 1 window AC which was noisy

Staff at breakfast could be better trained Didnt like that you had to order breakfast the night before Fees for beach badges and umbrellas....PLEASE! A bit expensive for a 2 night stay early in the season.

The Ocean House is a beautiful B&B that has been well cared for. The flowers in the gardens were gorgeous! The rooms were well appointed! The chef prepared delicious breakfasts! It was wonderful way to celebrate a special birthday to stay here!
