Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only

Our entire stay was wonderful, but after paying 100€ to be preferred guests. When we arrived we were accommodated on the first floor with a view of the solar panels, there wasn't even a coffee maker in the room, which for me personally is not normal considering the prices of the rooms. After a few conversations we managed to move to another room, as I mentioned with an additional fee. Overall the hotel is quiet, clean and offers everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days, but it would be good if they supplemented their already existing information so that there are no misunderstandings like in our situation!

Run down, sun loungers are poor quality. Umbrellas missing pins to open. Manager George failed to even acknowledge my written concerns. Only 1 restaurant besides buffet. Both were very poor quality.

Sehr gute Lage, Strand vom Feinsten, abseits des Trubels der Touristenstadt. Die beiden 5 Sterne Hotels am Ende der Bucht grenzen sich schon ab, von dem was Sonnenstrand widerspiegelt. Wir sind keine AI-Urlauber, hatten aber in diesem Fall keine andere Wahl und haben es sehr genossen. Ein unglaublich gutes Abendbuffet, jeden Tag neue Kreationen. Es waren drei Tage Genußurlaub.

Das Restaurant hatte vielleicht ein bißchen Speisesaal-Atmosphäre, aber im Außenbereich zu sitzen (was jederzeit möglich war) ist ein Genuß mit direktem Blick auf Nessebar.

The rooms were spacious. Parking in the facility is easy. Pools are superb.

The hotel stuff is anything but professional and marginally rude. They charged us a ridiculous extra fee for a dog, which was not communicated in advance. The demanded the dog to be isolated in the room, which is unacceptable for a pet friendly facility. Moreover they refused to issue invoice for the accomondation , with the magaers refusing to meet and advise us. The same goes for Booking, which after 7 days theiur customer help did not respond. Finally the food while was of great variety, it was utterly tasteless. Coffee was non-potable.

Yemekleri şöyle ki herşeyde domuz vardı domuz olmayanda tavuktu, dana eti hiç yoktu dana eti olanda domuzla karışıktı. , sezlongları çok rahatsızdı, eğlence yok denecek kadar az akşam eğlencesi oldukça vasat. Late check out konusunda hiç yardımcı olmadılar.

the staff were amazing, the junior suite was spacious, clean and had the best views of sunny beach. The bed was huge and super comfy. the food was very good and the pool facilities and outside bar were all equally excellent
