Once I reached the property the staff denied saying that the room is full. Later on I was informed that they thought I was a foreigner so they apologise and gave me the room. But regardless if the room is book by Indian or foreigner. The customers are entitled to be provided.

I don't think they change bedsheet and pillow covers after every customer

Hospitality

disappointed with the cleanliness. The rooms were not well maintained, and overall, the stay did not feel worth the money paid. I hope the management improves the hygiene and service quality.
