There was no breakfast included, so I can't tell about it. There was a water heater though, so I could make some coffee in the morning

The light in the room was deficient. I asked them to change 2 electric bulbs while I was there and apparently they coudln't care less. Nothing was done As for the toiletteries they promised, there was only a tiny soap in the bathroom, not even a small bottle of shampoo
