敷地内に木が多くて、網戸のある窓を開ければエアコンなしでも涼しい。ただしシャワールームには網戸がないので扉を開けっ放しにすると蚊が入ってきてしまうので注意。 隣の部屋の掃除風景が見れたけど、床はデッキブラシと洗剤で磨いていた。清潔感抜群。 朝は部屋にあるポットをフロントに持っていけばお湯を入れてくれるので、持参したコーヒーやお茶が飲める。

WiFiはロビーでしか使えない。 シャワーは水しか出なくて、朝だけは下の蛇口からお湯が出るので貯めて浴びることはできる。
