Hôtel La Métairie

All the provided facilities were excellent. The instructions for arriving and obtaining access to the room were seamless and clear. The level of hosting was exceptional and communication with our host Simon was easy, welcoming and reassuring, making for a very pleasant experience. The location is beautiful, set in a pretty hamlet/village in the verdant rolling countryside. The property is a beautiful historic building and the decor and materials used to convert the structure are of the highest quality. The bedrooms and communal areas are beautiful and so tastefully designed and decorated. It feels like a luxury establishment within a homely and personal environment. It is by far the best sleep we have had in a hotel. The crisp white cotton bedlinen did not go un noticed. Unfortunately, tainting this otherwise very enjoyable stay in this gem of a hotel, we had a personal emergency develop on the morning of our departure. However, our wonderful host Simon could not have been more helpful and accommodating in supporting and assisting us to resolve our emergency, despite having other guests to tend to! His professionalism deserves special recognition. Thank you so much Simon!

Please view this as constructive criticism, but the one pillow provided for each person was so airy and soft, giving zero to little head/neck support. We brought our own pillows (from previous experience!) so it did not affect our otherwise high quality stay. Also, the hosting is of such a high standard we've no doubt extra pillows would be provided upon request. We can't think of anything else whatsoever to criticise the hotel for!

Locatie is zeer rustig en wat afgelegen maar prima om te overnachten voor een evenement bij het circuit.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le lieux et l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon.

Les matelas n’étaient pas confortables. Il faisait vraiment chaud dans la chambre.
