Breakfast was surprisingly superb for how much I paid. No complaint about that. Also the staff would deliver it to your room. The bedsheets are clean. Drinks provided in the fridge.

No staff there could speak English. I had a hard time communicating with the staff there even most of them were nice and trying to help. But it's just bizarre that no one speaks English at a hotel which is centrally located in the capital city. Also the lock didn't work so I was moved to another room and locked myself out once. Again their lock sucks! They didn't make my bed or clean my room for the first few nights. I don't know why. I had to ask for toiletries several times before they gave it to me. I don't know if it's due to language barrier or toiletries were expensive to them. Because it was snowing and the snow melted, they didn't keep the steps dry and I felt on my butt... How the hotel functioned was so weird to me, like I couldn't just go in the elevator and press the button to go to my floor. Instead, the staff had to use their card to get you to your floor EVERY SINGLE TIME. How inconvenient?
