Pricing of food was on a little expensive side

Location. It’s conveniently located near to the church

Dirty washroom and the bedsheet and livens were faded and looking dirty.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was tasty and the service was very good. Close to the Church, clean premises and big room.

Rooms as such are good in terms of space and furnishing including bedding, rest rooms.

But the maintenance is very bad. Carpet was dusty, pillow covers were dirty Rest room tiles were having accumulated dirt. We stayed in another Bergamont property in Kumbakonam and it was spotless, comfortable stay for same price.

The staff was very polite courteous from check in till we left...very helpful the housekeeping supervisor also tried to rectify the situation which is why we stayed at the hotel...we were ready to leave and not stay

The linen used was old and stained...the bathroom was not clean dust cobwebs not acceptable..toilet pot old and stained dustbin old and rusty...mold in bathroom ceiling everywhere

Comfy room and very good restaurant

It was filthy and stinking bathroom. The water stopped in the flush, the hand shower pipe had burst. Very very uncomfortable and terriblly managed.
