Front office Staff and Restaurant staff were excellent. Food was Honest….!! Location was convenient. Will definitely visit again.🙂

Towels were a bit off colour (looked dirty) Floor Matts could be better.

"Uncomfortable stay at a convenient location thanks to poor housekeeping"

Location and Room area

Facilities were unclean, TV never worked at all and the bed sheets, pillows and room including bathroom was dirty. The Jet spray in the Toilet can rupture someone if not being careful while using it after you are done. Staff tried their best but it seems were not so bothered after the big Novena season getting over and not so many guests in the Hotel
