Very rude people.. didn't provide safe parking facility for my car as promised at the time of booking. I was asked to park my car on the busy road side

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Basic facilities were not provided properly. They didn’t even offer complimentary water bottles. The AC was leaking continuously, making the room damp and uncomfortable. The blankets were extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned for a long time. Even the bathroom was in terrible condition — the taps were broken and difficult to use. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they seriously improve their hygiene and basic services.

I did not like the fact that the staff tries to help the customer and then expects to be paid for simple things like ordering an Uber auto, bringing food and tea. I don’t need that kind of paid service when I have already paid a fair amount for staying. All I wanted was basic information and to pay to get that information is absurd and objectionable in my view.
