Staff was good

There were dead cockroaches on bed and cockroaches roaming on floor

I am not recommend to others because advance received 2500 but hotel people told only 2000

Very poor behavior

There was no breakfast!

I recently stayed at this hotel near the Kanaka Durga Temple. This is probably the best hotel you can get in this area. On the positive side, the room was very spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Hot water was available 24 hours a day, and they provided all the necessary toiletries, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the service was generally good.

On the negative side they didn't offer sugarless tea, and their tea was machine-made, the walls aren't sound proof we could easily hear noises from lobby late in night or early morning. Most importantly, the air conditioner was very weak and did not cool the room adequately, luckily it is monsoon so we managed otherwise it would be horrible in summers. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room or full length cupboards with hangers which I expect a hotel charging 1700 per night to provide and the towels were dirty and old which needs to be replaced immediately. I would stay again at this place though because it is probably the best amongst budget rooms in this area.
