The cleanliness in the room, the facilities

The front desk people didn't ask whether the payment went through as I belived it's been paid.During checkout, I was shocked to know that it didn't go through and it delayed my exit.

Staff behavior was very bad and no proper response to the inquiry. There was no cleanliness and water supply in the bathroom. Rooms were not in good condition. By seeing the online photos and reviews I booked it but soon realized that it was a mistake.

Locality is pleasant ...with plethora of amenities.

Room wasn't spacious as it mentioned in pics...photos n reality wasn't matching...also bed comfo also not good ...it was not good for good sleep...felt uncomfortable...

Liked the location of the Hotel. Near to the market.

Was required to ask for basic things in the bathroom. Was expecting it to be there. Also, at the time of check out, I had to literally search for people as there was nobody at the counter.

I was here before and this is second time, i was back. Liked the hotel location and good value for money. i would highly recommend

The stay, location and comfort

Food. Do not opt for food and breakfast here, there is no professional person taking care of the food items being served. Almost same breakfast is served everyday and meals are not complete. If asked they just say that we have a problem today we will fix it tomorrow. What's the point of paying fir breakfast if i m not having it. They miss the breakfast items ! Can you imagine ? My entire schedule of the day got delayed by one our because i had to eat outside even when i paid the hotel for breakfast. Forget about the taste of food, you need atleast food to review the taste. Not recommended "with breakfast". Book only without breakfast.
