"Lovely rooms and spa. The lack of enthusiasm or engagement by the staff lets the place down."

The rooms are the top feature here; spacious, comfortable and attractive. The spa is really lovely - calming, clean and good facilities.

The staff are distinctly detached - not really very responsive. The exception was the lady who helped me check out and arrange a taxi - she went above and beyond. Breakfast is pretty dismal - the range on offer is ok but you have to chose between menu items or buffet - which seems a bit cheap and, again, staff are not very responsive. The food is not very high quality.

"Prima verblijf"

Het ontbijt was goed, voldoende keus. The Springs is gelegen in een prachtige, rustige omgeving. Het was prettig om over een eigen lodge te beschikken. De bedden waren goed.
