Wachtendonker Hof

Good location close to motorway as a stopover travelling back from Germany. Comfortable room although on top floor and very warm so you need windows open which does mean traffic noise.

We stayed on a Monday and were not aware that the hotel is effectively closed. No communication of this prior to our stay. No reception, no bar, no restaurant and just a number to call to get a code for a key box. We were told there is only a pizza pasta cafe open near the hotel in the town on a Monday, everything else closed. After a long drive we really just wanted to relax and eat at the hotel so disappointing. The property should advertise that it doesn’t offer services on Mondays. 140 Euros for a key box and bed + trying to work out how to access hotel and find something to eat was was not a great experience.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles hat gut geklappt. Gern wieder.

Nogal wat straatlawaai bij open raam. Geen airco

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Gutes Frühstück Nettes freundliches Personal.

Teilweise nicht sauber. Wir fanden noch Sachen vom Vorgänger. Armatur in der Dusche nicht fest verankert. Sie kam beim duschen einem entgegen.

Sehr nette Inhaber die ihren Job wirklch mit Liebe machen . Man hat sich sofort Wohlgefühl und es hat an nichts gefehlt . Das Hotel ist super schön eingereicht und sehr sehr sauber . Ich würde immer wieder kommen .
