We loved everything

Staff were very friendly and dinner on sat night was delicious especially the breaded mushroom was to die for very cosy and bar very friendly

The view we had from our bedroom was like a side ally terrible but room was comfortable clean and cosy

We asked for a sea view and we did get an excellent view. Bathroom spotlessly clean and modern.

Room itself was bit shabby and very dated. We had been warned it was a bit difficult to get to though, and that was an understatement. Had a terrible meal in the hotel restaurant - food piled high but poor quality. Salmon in couscous was tasteless and served wrong side up. Burger had about an inch-thick slab of cheese on top of it and tasted very strange. Maybe it was because the hotel was so full with Mother's Day. Breakfast was fine however.

Food was disappointing. Bacon under done at breakfast Liver pate served with thick wheaten toast Usually comes with thin white toast? Steak lovely but very greasy chips

Staff were lovely. Dinner was beautiful and they let us sit without a reservation which was very good of them! The room was quirky, tricky to find also as there are so many doors!!! Was fun after a glass of wine remembering which way to go!

The only negative was the bathroom! There was a few suspect looking hairs on the floor, other than that the room was clean and tidy!

Bathroom was not up to standard cleanliness poor. Looked grubby, behind taps in bath not cleaned overall disappointed. Also nobody in reception to meet us and proceeded to tell they would match the price but, had already contacted them directly and they were more expensive. Diffently would not pay £140 to stay there again. To finish food good in restaurant, service good but the bar was dead. We ended up going elsewhere for a bit of lively music on our night out.
