Sherbourne House

It was a beautiful property. The room was lovely, the bathroom immaculate.

There was one member of staff until 9pm and two members of staff came in at 10.30 the next day. There was no food available at all not even a continental breakfast and the price for 1 night was £160

Really cosy spot, and well located. The rooms were small, but not too small to adversely affect my stay. My room was large enough for 2 adults.

Lovely staff, very fireindly. Was clean and comfortable and a very short walk into town

There were spotlights outside of my window which lit the room all night. There was noise from pipes every 15 minutes. There was noise from opening and closing of the front door at 1am. This meant I had very little sleep. There was no option for a cooked evening meal or breakfast. The room was clean and staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.

Location was perfect and the room was very comfortable, the lady who checked me in couldn’t of been more helpful

The hotel and room was too hot and there was no one there from 9.00pm and I was told to leave the key at reception as I left, as a solo traveller I didn’t feel safe being in a building with no one on site , the hotel was advertised as a b&b but there was no breakfast option, the kettle in my room was broken but when I rang the hotel number there was no one on site to replace it and I was told to “quietly go down to the kitchen and I would find one there “

Good Location. The room was big and comfortable. It ticked most boxes.

There was no hot water the first morning. The problem was resolved for the next mornings. There were no hot meals supplied. A 'box breakfast' was offered of 2 pieces of fruit and some muesli (delivered to your room) for £10. It didn't have a hotel feel more like being in isolation.
