Hotel Diana

Fine hotel at walking distance to an interesting old town with a beautiful castle full of history, a large park and lovely, hilly woods (with Bentheimer cliffs, super for a walk around and views down the cliffs). Nice spacious and clean room. comfortably lit. Dark and quiet at night, good beds, windows can be opened for fresh air. Fine bathroom, lovely fluffy towels. Excellent breakfast with scrambled or other eggs on demand. Ample parking. Kind staff, at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. We didn't use sauna or small but nice swimming pool but went to the Mineral Baths, with a great outdoor heated saltwater pool, great! What else?

Nothing worth mentioning at all when adding up all the nice things of this comfortable place.

De kamers waren zeer goed verzorgd.

Wir hatten ein Apartment. War auch anscheinend ganz neu renoviert. Haben die Sauna und das Schwimmbad genutzt. Sauna ist gut. Es gab auch eine Dampfsauna,die war aber nicht angeschaltet. Das Schwimmbad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen waren defekt im Becken. Die Gegenstromanlage war prima. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Das Frühstück war liebevoll gestaltet und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels ist zur Innenstadt ideal. Die Rehaklinik auch.

Die Flure müssen renoviert werden. Hat etwas gemüffelt.
