"Worst food ever and old property"

The only think I liked was the mini club for the kids , it was nice and the staff amazing

The food was terrible, worst food ever, a shame. The pools outside cold during May imposible almost empty the pools, the inside pool is not very warm just less cold and look old and a bit dirty, the rooms and the whole property looks a bit old and now well maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it

"Para repetir"

Personal, buffet, entretenimiento para niños, a rasgos generales todo muy bien. Destacar la simpatía y saber estar de muchos de los trabajadores.

Al llegar había varios pelos en la ducha, cosa que no nos causó buena impresión.

"No repetiría"

Qué es pequeñito y está todo muy a la mano. Las bebidas espirituales tipo cocteles están más buenos que de costumbre en los todo incluidos

Los zumos y cafés. La falta de animación. Que nunca estaban todos los servicios abiertos. Los postres repetitivos e insípidos

"MARAVILLOSO! el hotel genial pero SU PERSONAL LO MEJOR DE TODO"

El personal... Que ganas de currar!! De agradar!! Manuel encantador....María del Mar.... Beatríz... Antonio...éramos un grupo de 15 personas con 2 cumpleaños y súper pendientes, profesionales y muy trabajadores con una sonrisa siempre! Seguramente sea lo mejor que tenga el hotel, su personal, cuidenlo! El complejo es estupendo, cuidado y muy pensado para padres y niños. Para repetir sin duda

Que no estuviera abierto el caminito hasta abajo y hubiera que dar un gran rodeo hasta llegar a la rotonda de los elefantes

El trato del personal, excelente, la comida (bien calidad-precio) y el funcionamiento del Resort, con la interconexión entre los 3 Hoteles y el Beach Club.

El snack de la piscina, demasiado simple y poca variedad.

Repas , piscine

Manque d’étiquette sur les viandes porc/pas porc, piscine chauffée payante , pas de serviette de piscine , il faut payer . Tout est payant . Alors que ce sont des services inclus dans une prestation d’hôte . Hôtel située en hauteur , rien à proximité. Il faut être véhiculé

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, ruoat ja juomat oli monipuolisia, kahvikoneesta sai oikeasti hyvää kahvia. Uima-altaita löytyy kaikille sopivia.

Hotelli ei ollut enään mikään uusi, paikoin aika kulunutta/vanhaa. Spa osasto olis saanut olla vapaasti käytettävissä, koska uima-altaissa on vielä huhtikuussa kylmät vedet. 2vuotias ei saanut edes aikuisen kanssa mennä lastenkerhoon, siellä oli pieni pallomeri/temppurata ja meidän lapsi on jo taitava menijä Hoplopissakin.
