Frisch renoviert und tolles Frühstück

Room was spacious and lovely. The staff were mega friendly and polite. Nice quiet location away from the hoards of tourists down in Betws-y-Coed, however only a 5 minute drive away. The views from the beer garden are lovely.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Werd meteen verteld dat ze bezig waren met een renovatie waardoor we na 9 uur overlast zouden kunnen ondervinden. Onze kamer was al gerenoveerd en zag er erg mooi en netjes uit. We hebben gegeten in het restaurant, een aanrader! Ontbijt ook erg goed en een erg vriendelijke mevrouw die ons zelfs koffie voor.onderweg aanbood. Wij waren helaas op doorreis maar zouden dit ook een mooie plek vinden om vandaar uit te wandelen. Deze locatie staat in onze top 3!

Lovely and comfortable room. I loved the Welsh blanket theme. Surprisingly good food at dinner - had expected ordinary pub food, but it was much better than that, and very resonably priced for the quality. Staff was super nice and friendly. Plenty of parking.

As in all old hotels, the corridors are quite narrow.

Location was brilliant when we arrived there had been a slight problem with our booking but this was resolved by the staff and they gave us a free breakfast and some wine all made our stay even more enjoyable

Nothing all great

Clean, comfortable, functional, perfect location for the areas we wanted to visit. Good price rooms. Fantastic friendly and accommodating staff. Fabulous good value evening meal.

Liked everything, tbf. Would have liked a 6.30am breakfast option as we set off early, however do appreciate that is a big ask :) Blackout blind would be useful to stop the wall light shining through the window, however, did not impact our sleep as I thought it may!
