Very Bad. I was travelling with senior citizen mother and wanted a hotel near Bhubaneshwar Railway Station. Reached hotel around 8 PM. 1. Hotel over charged. I informed OYO escalation team the very moment I was told about the extra amount. OYO rep told me to send the receipt for refund. I sent the receipt and OYO refused saying its not good enough. Super bad on both OYO & hotel side. 2. No AC, No TV, No Geyser even though they were mentioned in OYO app. The bed was very bad. 3. Hotel Management was very bad. > I informed the owner about the facilities like TV, geyser etc which were mentioned on oyo app and were missing in room. > The BLUNT response i got was, "I have another hotel with 4 times price. Come and get it if you like". I was traveling with mother ( age 70 ) who was very tired, so i was not able to switch the hotel else i would have checked out immediately. 4. OYO customer care does not know if the hotels mentioned in app are in partnership or not. OYO rep booked 1 hotel in morning on call and in afternoon "when i called and asked them to call hotel and confirm, i got to know that there is no partnership now". This was the 2nd hotel given by OYO. If i would not have called and asked to check with 1st hotel, i would have had no place to go at night with senior citizen mother. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I USED OYO. YOU CANNOT TRUST OYO CUSTOMER CARE. ITS NOT FOR FAMILIES ANY MORE. ITS ONLY FOR COUPLES NOW.

There was no cleanliness at all. Room and washroom was very dirty. Extra money charged by staff, saying unavailability of room. Staff behaviour was not good.
