The room that I booked online wasn't the one I found at the place the features online was totally different from what I found there. To make it worse when I complained the reception gave me a different room number which is the same as the one I complained about. The amount I paid was definitely not for the room I got there

Very nice quiet place, just didn’t get enough time to check the place properly due to commitments, but from what I had seen and the friendly stuff this will be my go to place whenever I’m in Bloemfontein, I love it.

The staff were extremely friendly they had a wide arrival time and the room had good wifi. The facilities were properly stocked and the bedding was clean and freshly pressed. There was a place for me to work nicely and a very cute outside seating. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The remote was damaged, so the back of the remote was held on with tape but the tape was old so the batteries kept falling out. The channel selection is extremely limited not even SABC. The toilet plumbing made the most crazy noises when you flushed the toilet. But these are things that can be overlooked.

Location of the site..in a quite place which allows for a restful stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Compact room yet completed by an enclosed balcony which allows for space to read or write in my case, whilst the wife was sleeping

The pillows were big and very hard, making it uncomfortable.for the neck

Расположение - возможно моя ошибка, но думал недалеко от трассы, оказалось минут 15 по городу нужно было ехать, но городишка очень понравился-симпатичный! Номер дали возле бассейна. Приготовили ужин и принесли в номер, мы благополучно расположились возле бассика и насладились вечером. Завтрак скудный, но омлет был.

Туалетной бумаги и мыло небыло Вода в душе еле еле сходило, очень стремно Напор воды так себе… На чистой кровати, чей-то волос был обнаружен Кровать скрипит Слышимость сумасшедшая И добил нас сверчок, который был в номере или где-то рядом. Сладостей на завтрак небыло, пришлось йогуртом добивать 😀
