"The magnificent accommodation was rendered meaningless by the disgusting food and the total lack of management presence"

The Suite with its plunge pool was magnificent. The room and facilities were great.

The food was terrible. They advertise on their website “ 5 course meal with best wines” “unforgettable gastronomic dining experience...” I booked to experience this for my birthday and there was 1 starter that was aweful, choice of 2 main meals which were really bad and a chocolate cake for desert. Apparently they have not had their advertised dinner choice for over a year. 1 temp staff that worked really hard to check you in, serve you in the restaurant, bring you a drink etc who did an outstanding job by himself but no sight or greeting by the owner or manager. Very disappointed

How to get there, we got a pin from them which got us to gate to an estate where we were tolde couldn't enter
