"A luxurious stay, let down by poor access"

The accomodation and staff are absolutely amazing. The grounds are lovely and the accomodation units (we understand they're all very similar) are spacious and luxurious

The access to the property is terrible. It sits in some private grounds with two security entrance gates, where a code is required. Our GPS often sent us to the wrong entrance, resulting in a 10 mile detour. Why isn't there the same code for each entrance?
