"Excellent"

The quality of the accomodation. It's an old building and very well looked after at all levels. Lovely to see a Regency building so sympathetically managed.

No issues, I've driven past it for years. Such a different atmosphere the other side of hedge. Great view to the beach

room was ok

no hot water had to run tap for 45 mins to get hot water breakfast awful scrambled egg was chopped up egg white!! complained and did not eat anything did not offer refund Hotel manager checked my water apparantly said it was fine yet still luke warm at best a maintenance guy came up and explained its an old room and need to run the taps for about 40 mins

The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Loved the sea view. Impressed with the breakfast and it was reasonably priced.

Would have preferred a slightly larger bed but overall, we had no complaints.

"Needs a cash injection as could be a great hotel if money invested."

Staff were great and welcoming. Beds were super comfy. Great location. Nice lounge and bar area. Provide entertainment at weekends.

Breakfast wasn't good. Eggs hard and been sitting a while, beans all over everything. I ordered coffee and got tea. No pastries , not a lot of choice at buffet . In need of renovation, decor old and tired . More like a residential home than a hotel. TV in room tiny. No water or biscuits provided in room. Stayed for 2 nights , didn't change or give us fresh towels for second night and didn't make the beds second night.

"Looked good front the outside but poor inside."

Location, parking and breakfast was excellent

staff on check in was very poor...we called when we arrived in the car park and when we walked 2 mins to reception the girl had disappeared leaving us waiting 10 minutes. Was then told room was 'just round there 'but was actually up a flight of stairs which wasn't easy to find as it was a maze of corridors...the reception staff should show ALL guests to their rooms as standard...
