Comfortable, very clean and great location

Small tv not great connection kept gliching

Staff were vert helpful

The shower head couldn't change the flow

Great position , clean , staff attentive , breakfast was ample Rooms comfortable and clean

Check in was too late think 2 pm is better

Very clean. I mean very, drawers tops of wardrobes, sheets. Everything was where it said it would be. Bathroom large and clean. Door worked fine. Staff were good, MAZ was really friendly and gave the place a familiar feel. Remembered orders, good repartee. Clear information in rooms for safe, WiFi, further stays, history etc. There was parking. Breakfast was included. Lovely view. Mattresses seemed brand new. Quiet location. Sea air. High ceilings, spacious rooms, warm rooms. Kettle immaculate (not that it is a bug bear of mine) soft towels. Television worked. Hairdryer. Also two pillows on each bed. So much nicer than just being given one and feeling awkward about asking for another and using a towel or jumper as extra (that is a me problem). There was a fan- should it be warm. I was impressed. Very impressed. Don't misunderstand me. It is a price, it is in a dead town and it is dated as might be expected but I would certainly go back. Overall, in my opinion, better than 90+% places in this bracket.

Stickers and squirters everywhere made it feel a bit naff. Like a cheap timeshare. Furniture in places not very inkeeping. Not much in Bognor but that isn't the hotel's fault

Poor. Menu said. 2 rashers of bacon and 2slices of toast. Only 1 bacon and 1.5 slices of toast served. Waiting staff were good.

In second floor room could hear music from band from ground floor and what sounded like bingo. Prevented from sleeping.. Reception could not initially find any trace of our booking. One member of reception staff could not move from her desk or say goodbye on departure. Seemed only interested in coach parties.

Excellent Room fantastic sitting area and so quite.
