Unfortunately nothing. Very disappointed. Not worth R2000 a night at all. Felt like a 2 star hotel.

Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing and far below what is expected from a Southern Sun hotel, especially at R2,000 per night. The hotel was very noisy, the rooms were dusty and poorly maintained, and the bathroom was not functional — the toilet would not flush. The sliding door felt unsafe and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Even the gym area appeared cluttered with cleaning equipment, which felt unprofessional and poorly managed. We were moved to another room, but the noise issue remained. The king-size rooms were not in a condition suitable for use, and we ended up in a room with two double beds instead. The experience was so uncomfortable that we did not even sleep in the bed. This hotel does not reflect the standards or quality associated with the Southern Sun brand and is definitely not worth the price paid. We chose this hotel over cheaper and better-reviewed options purely because of the brand name, which made the experience even more disappointing.

We felt like away from the city, although the place is at the heart of 2 big roads. Perfect place to rest and dive in the pool during our journey.

There's a lot of walking on the endless corridors to get to our room or to the mall.

I loved everything about the place. I wish I had more days But I'll definitely go back. The food was everything Staff very friendly Room clean Perfect location To top it off you have a mall connected by the bridge. No need to walk outside or drive. I could go on and on....
