Navigator Hotel

The sea view was glorious and the room was kitted out quite well and very comfortable. Although parking wasn't ample. We found a spot and only paid £11 for 24hrs. I made an agreement with someone that for £25 we'd get some flowers and a bottle of prosecco as it was our 25yr anniversary. Initially I was told that it wasn't going to happen as no one was told about it. After a while they said it was all sorted but. We went upstairs to find the flowers and bubbly by the window until I went to open the bubbly and noticed it was a £2.99 bottle of nocecco which was alcohol free and tasted disgusting. After a while though, one of them came up unannounced and gave us a proper bottle which was nice.... Thanks

Where do I start really. One member of staff seemed quite rude. The breakfast was unfortunately not very good. Me and my wife got up and had a shower at around 5:30 in the morning. Only to find about 2 minutes into it we lost all water pressure mid shower. We had to wait around another hour before commencing our shower. Being picky.... The floor boards had areas of massive unevenness and in 1 area it's got either a soft area or something as, I almost put my foot through it. Also We saw on the booking that we were on the 1st floor. Nope!!!! Top floor it was for us. The cons unfortunately outweigh the pros in this instance.

There was nothing I disliked

This was one of the best stays I've ever experienced. Supreme comfort in a massive room, with covered 'veranda' overlooking the sea. Simply 'wow'!
