Very courteous and friendly saff. The facilities are also well-maintained. Walkable distance to the beach.

- impolite manager - we asked if we could pay on checkout because conversion ratings on weekends and the manager was super inflexible with us but we saw an Indian family paying their stay at the hotel on the checkout. - when I went to get my credit card in the room because the machine they had does not accept Apple Pay, they had locked us out of the room. - the pool was dirty and smelling bad - we ordered a fish curry room service and it was spoiled. The manager promised to remove from our bill but when we checked during checkout it was still there. - I had scheduled a massage in the morning, which they asked me to move times 1000x (they DO NOT have a spa there, they call someone in) but was feeling poorly the night before so I cancelled. The next day I was confronted about why I had cancelled the massage in an intimidating manner. - we were treated very poorly by the manager also during checkout, like we were thieves. He even told us not to sit in the little lobby by the reception desk when an Indian family went to do their checkout. We were told to sit in the lounge next doors and only come back after they left. - breakfast is not very well served. Things are mostly cold and not very fresh. We were unlucky to get a rotten boiled egg.

The hotel is fresh and modern with great friendly staff who are extremely keen to please. The room was on the first floor with a good view of the lagoon and the outside area was clean and tastefully presented. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and the breakfast was extensive and appealing.

The only negative relates to lack of structure around room servicing. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and there was no room cleaning/replenishing of supplies provided without asking. This is in the context that if you ask you will get but daily room serving you opt out of would be better than having to opt in.

Cozy resort where they have made smart use of the space they have. The staff were very friendly. We wanted a late checkout which they accommodated quite well. I would gladly stay there again.

They had stains on their sheets. Could clean them up better.
