Great location and lovely property. Very clean as well.

Breakfast was never catered for us because of the wedding that you hosted, the paying guest were neglected. The location was fine.

On the day we checked in, there was no security at the gate to open for us. We stood for 10 minutes outside until someone came to open. We asked if we could order supper and were told that the restaurant was closed for the wedding. We then asked the guy at reception to put the aircon on 20 for during the night which never happened. The following morning the place was empty with no staff on side. We stood at reception walked the property looking for someone so that we can eat and check up. The cleaner wanted to make breakfast for us. We were so disappointed we decided not to eat. We paid for breakfast of which you did not prepared for us. The walls of the rooms are too thin, the room next us, that couple was having sex and myself and husband had to put up with all that noise the whole night until they were done.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my short stay.Very nice facilities, even taking the negative comment regarding my arrival into account,I will stay there again.

Check in was POOR. I arrived in the rain on a Sunday afternoon at a closed gate. I could not get hold of reception via the phone and had to phone another hotel in Postmansburg, who then contacted the property to open for me. The alarm also went off intermittently the whole night which was a real pain in the %^&^.

Great food, bar and beautiful rooms. very modern in such rural town.

1. No staff available upon checking in - had to wait and were not friendly. 2. Room allocated was stuff and stank of dampness. Complained and management acknowledged but refused to change rooms stating that that is all they had and the room was cleaned that weekend. Becasue of my asthma I volunteered to pay extra for another room and only then I was allocated another room. 3. Was not happy that management of the hotel refused to accommodate an early departure, even if it was a 50% refund of the remaining days. I am a small business and it really matters to my bottom line when early departure could not be accommodated. They can be rest assured that they will not receive any positive comments when colleagues need to find accommodation in the area and I will refuse to stay there again. 4. I have already discussed with Colleagues and they have suggested that I rather use Botha's guest house.
