SH Dolce Vita- All Inclusive - Free Aquapark & Beach & Beach bar

Ne-a plăcut aproape totul, cameră curată, personal amabil, serviciu pe cameră în fiecare zi, foarte atenți la detalii, mâncare foarte bună și diversificată, piscinele curate ( dar prea adânci pentru mine, care nu știu să înot😁) ,toboganul pentru copii super ,super curat și distractiv pentru toți prichindeii de toate vârstele Ce nu mi- a plăcut a fost distanța de la hotel la plajă, într-adevăr există transport dar la jumătate de oră iar turiști sunt foarte mulți, ar trebui suplimentat transportul din punctul meu de vedere și mai des Într-un cuvânt a fost minunat și vom reveni cu drag la această locație

Nu mia plăcut faptul că este distanța cam mare de la hotel la plajă, iar transportul de la hotel la plajă ar trebui suplimentat și timpul de așteptare redus

The hotel itself was very beautiful, and the staff was kind and welcoming. The Entertainment team was amazing, especially Ana – she is truly special! The rooms were clean and we had room service every day. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel beach was beautiful and clean.

The pools were not very clean, and one of them was actually very dirty. Some drinks were free but poor quality, and if you wanted something better, you had to pay extra. I have been to many all-inclusive hotels, and this was the first time I experienced that. The food was not great – I can’t say there was nothing to eat, but I expected much better quality for a four star hotel. The desserts were really disappointing; I love sweets, but I couldn’t eat any of them. The variety of fruits was limited, and the juices were from dispensers, the coffee was very bad which was not what I expected from an all-inclusive. The same was at the beach bar – dispenser drinks, with water being the only decent option. Also, the areas around the pools could have been kept much cleaner.

Personalul amabil dar ar trebui să vorbească mai bine limba engleză , pe timpul nopții piscinele sunt neiluminate.
