SH Dolce Vita- All Inclusive - Free Aquapark & Beach & Beach bar

It was super mega excellent. Since it is not the first time I come to this hotel, I can only note that professionalism is at home. All the employees are very smiling, kind, they know how to communicate with tourists. The pools are large, clean and the children's pool is everything you need for a stay where the child feels just as good as the parents.The reception, the bar, the restaurant, at the height. Food for all tastes, the entertainers do their job very well, in short, whoever wants to feel excellent, should come to this hotel.

A little more attention to the cleanliness of the plates and glasses in the restaurant. The dishwasher probably can't handle such a large volume. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about! Everything is perfect!

Everything superlative! Everything at a professional level starting from the reception staff and I greet Mr. Pavel Shaygarovski, bar Димитър Първанов, swimming pool, restaurant. Very good food, for all tastes, spacious rooms. This is the fifth time in 3 years that I have come to this hotel and it is certainly not the last time. Very smiling, kind and solve any problem that arises very quickly.

I recommend paving the parking lot. Nothing else to say because everything is very good

Personalul foarte amabil, animatoarele de la piscină de nota 20

Curățenia lasă de dorit, plaja este la 10 minute de mers cu mașina, mâncarea nu este diversificată, nu au ciorbe, supe, am stat o săptămână și aproape că aveau aceleași meniuri zilnic, apa de la tobogane plina de frunze și mizerie, am plătit parcarea 72 de leva pentru 5 zile, bagajele de la mașină și până la hotel sunt greu de transportat pentru că parcarea este pietruită.

Personalul foarte amabil,echipa de animatori nota 10,spectacolele atat pentru copii cat si pentru adulți foarte frumoase in care implica atat copii cat si adulții foarte frumos,mâncarea diversificată ,in fiecare zii găseai ceva nou,am avut snitele,crispy,burgheri,cașcaval pane multe mâncăruri românești pot spune care au fost chiar foarte bune ,nu exista sa nu ai ce manca

La plaja privata se ajungea cu un buss si un tuc-tuc,era înghesuială mare de la ora 13.00 când începea masa de prânz si toată lumea pleca de pe plaja,lipsește un uscător de rufe pliabil de pe balcon,noua ne a zburat un prosop din cauza vântului si apa de la piscina pt copii ar trebui sa fie încălzită, era destul de rece mai ales ca era pusa între copaci si soarele intra mai greu

Tesis kesinlikle bölge standartlarının üstünde hizmet veriyor. Geçen yılda burada tatilimi burada geçirdim. Plaj barı ve özel plajı daha iyiydi. Personelin tutum ve davranışı harika... Havuz barda gün boyu yiyecek ve dondurma bitmeden azalmadan devam ediyor, çocuklu aileler için çok iyi. Mutlaka yine geleceğim... Teşekkürler Sh Dolce Vita👍
