Apenas a localização e o atendimento dos funcionários.

Não se pode chamar de flat um local onde tem apenas um quarto com cama, pia e tv. Um flat é necessário ter fogão, louças, utensílios, não tinha nada, apenas 2 pratos. A higiene do banheiro tava péssima, sem falar no.cheiro horrível de cigarro que estava no quarto.
