The rooms had no ventilation. Staff is untrained, no furniture what so ever ( table, Cloth hanger) in room or bathroom. Not informed of WiFi availability. Very close to other residential houses with NO SOUNDPROOFING

super noisy place. room window cannot close. room on the street noisy all night, digs fighting and barking, motorcycles, trucks, cars, water tanks engine...also inside badly insulated, people in the corridor slapping doors, talking loud, coming in and out... no towels, no toilet paper, no hot water... therefore we wanted to cancel the second night. staff said ok but never proceed online on booking.com we came to discuss for one hour and still despite saying ok orally they didnt return our money nor cancel on booking.com so we had to stay for the second night or we would have lost our money. then the manager wanted to charge us 1 extra bed despite the fact we had specified 4 guests in the family room and on the first night it was charged that way according to reservation on booking.com we had to pay at check in both nights no breakfast possible before 8h30 so the whole experience wasnt nice we do not recommend that place

Me. Ghouse was very helpful. Has a bike issue but he ensured it was solved through his connects. Huge thanks to him!

The location is the only decent part about the property. Again, DECENT.

Booked a room for my mother. Hotel cancelled the booking despite calling them for the confirmation one day ago. She was left stranded and after begging them to consider, they then gave me a smaller room and charged for the earlier category of room. Kudos on leaving your elder guests out for themselves. The room was extremely small. Not worth the price. The hotel is okay. Management and service is PATHETIC
