Location was the only good point.

It was NOT clean. The curtains are black from dust and as I opened the windows and the wind was blowing the curtains, it was horrible. The carpets are also not clean and I was struggling to breathe through the smell of dust. The breakfast is only at 8h00.

The refrigerator worked and the bathroom was clean enough. The bed seemed clean also. Breakfast was good. They gave us a 15% discount for all the things that were not up to standards.

The address on their website was wrong, which made us walk 4km extra to reach the hotel. The receptionist really didn't care about our feedback on the address. The glasses were gross with a lot of finger prints and wine stains on it. The refrigerator was not very clean on the inside. A socket was loose in the wall and the switch of one of the bedside lamps made a cracking noise due to faulty/unsafe wiring. We unplugged that lamp for our safety.
