תמיד היו מים חמים, צוות ניקיון נחמד

חוסר זמינות ומענה 24/07 של צוות הקבלה והמנהל תורן, מלוכלך, לא תואם את התמונות, מיטה לא נוחה לזוג כי תמיד מישהו נופל בין המזרנים , חסר ציוד, המלון נמצא על מרכז מסחרי מלא בילדים ומשפחות, תמיד רועש, האור והרעש חודר את החלונות והויוילונות

מלון חמוד, מתוחזק ונקי. מכונת קפה בלובי ומיקום מעולה.

המיזוג עבד על חימום, ולא עבר לקירור. אבל מזג האויר היה נוח.
