Všechno bylo nad míru spokojenosti. , vše bylo čisté a hezky vybavené. Personál ,byl moc příjemný.

Co bych vytkla tak byli postele,ty byli malinko proleželé a podlaha trochu propadla u postele.

Personnel not able to cope with the attendance. Especially, the waiters in the restaurant on the terrace. Trains driving by and making strong noises

Prostředí okolí Karlštejna, krásná zahrada, vybavení pokoje. Bylo vidět, že hotel byl kdysi pro vyšší třídu.

Některé věci a vybavení by chtělo renovovat. Více se starat o prostředí. Stačili by jednoduché detaily. Někteří lidé z personálu by měli být milejší.
