Super comfy bed, good quality duvet. Breakfast was great, handled well by the staff serving 14 people at the same time. Good free media selection Spotlessly clean

I wasn't asked if I enjoyed my stay on departure. Noisy room above the kitchen and air conditioning system - someone has to stay in it, I get that! Shower scalding hot water

On arrival we had a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The dinner menu selection was varied and the food excellent, the staff in the restaurant again were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast excellent with a wide choice of options from continental to full Welsh, again excellent staff. The room, a little small but very comfortable, my view of a bedroom whilst on holiday is a place to sleep etc. In this the room was excellent as was the on suite. The bed was incredible comfortable I had 3 good nights sleep.

My only very minor issue was in the shower the soap dispenser was set to high. The shower itself was amazing.
