Hotel Kiss

The owners were very hospitable, kind, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant staff were also happy, welcoming and provided good service. The room was ideal for the purpose of my visit and very good value for money. A nice atmosphere around the whole hotel.

If you like this region, go ahead, but the sea wasn't the best ( colour mainly ). It's a bit further away from whatever city centre, but if you are a family with kids you might like it. It's very close to San Marino which is great. The staff was really friendly.

It was quite noisy, mainly from the surrounding hotels which had some evening programs, so I gladly used ear plugs. Nm

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Lots of things to do at hotel. We were there at the off season, but during the summer the beach and all the restaurants would be very close.

Our first trip away as a family of 3 with our 20 month old kid. We chose Hotel Kiss because of all of the family-friendly reviews and we were really impressed. Staff are exceptional - so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their guests with a personal touch Daniele & Rossella make you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive. It’s lovely to see management treating their staff with such respect. They looked after us so well and didn’t bat an eyelid at any of our toddler’s mischievous antics! (Thank you!!!) The hotel has everything you need to entertain the tiniest of guest, through teens, right up to adults. There’s a lovely toddler playground, a playroom equipped for different ages, guided group activities for kids, etc. It’s situated just a short walk from the beach. Cleanliness is top notch! The room was spotless on arrival and got thoroughly cleaned each day of our stay. We really enjoyed the toddler-friendly food options and our poké bowls at lunch. It was really handy to be able to confirm our lunch by WhatsApp from the beach. The complimentary bikes (including baby bike seat) were much appreciated. We had a pleasant flat cycle to the nearby town of Cervia. The first part was through the pine tree forest and the second part was along the beachfront in Cervia to its charming town centre. We definitely plan on coming back again in the future!

We loved our stay but if I had to be really picky, the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very stable in our room. (Perhaps this could have been rectified but we didn’t ask).

Staff were so kind and had great customer service. We will definitely be back. Hotel was clean, food was good and the whole place made us feel welcomed. It hard to xome across a hotel that ticks all the boxes and this does.
